Hey Guys, Is there a TECH TIPS area here?? I didn't see one. Anyone else like the idea? Maybe we could learn some stuff from each other?

Here's one to start it off. My buddy at work showed me this - it has saved my butt SEVERAL times.

TIP: Take some of your solder and wind it around the end of your soldering iron's cord. When you can't find your roll of solder or are otherwise indisposed - your "stash" of solder is EXACTLY where you need it - with your soldering iron.

I second that motion, Tech Tip section or "how To" section

Anything we had up to now would be in the reference section

SO If I (or anyone else for that matter) wants to post more - should we be putting them over there?

How about just putting them in the reference section? That was meant for references to Tech Tips, etc. Close enough or rename that section.

I keep waiting for a final ruling from Tiresmoker on this, but that is what I recommend until or unless he decides otherwise.
