You mean to tell me you didn't polish the inside?? That would help the air pass over the surface faster... Just kidding. That thing looks amazing! Looks like the whole rig is about ready for some fuel and air.

BP, I thought of that TOO LATE!!!! Next one I might have to polish the inside before I weld it!!!!! We'll call this one - "engineered turbulence" used to enhance atomization!!!! :-) Almost ready still need to come up with some throttle/idle stops/adjustments. That and find the optimal nozzles - these are only for fitment. And I need to make up a fresh set of hoses! :-)

I want to know what you are going to make the hoses from?

2 or 3 people manufacture the high pressure hose. After some searchin' I finally found out who sells the ferrules cheap. From there it's just re-cycling and cleaning the ends and roll crimpimg the ferrules. Easy Peezy

I was just wondering if you might become #4 manufacturing the hose. I'm sure that stuff is expensive.

Your creation is fantastic

I would definitely make the hoses up if someone needed them, but I need to find a supplier for the fittings. Which I once did, but lost the bookmark. In the meantime I just recycle the ends. Thank you for the kind words. I am really happy how this is coming out!!!!!

Project "Jay Scott" AMF Fuel Injector is nearly done. I can't wait to test it. In the meantime I made a video of the process. I'm not much of a photo editor!!! So please be gentle! :-) https://youtu.be/tO5n-sCNIsA

Dammit Paul! I was thinking the same thing, but it's SUPER hard to polish the inside once it's together! So NOW because of YOU - I had to make ANOTHER whole unit!!! It's ALL your fault (kidding) ha ha ha

Slightly "trick" barrel valve. I can't divulge the trick feature just yet, but here's a sneak peek. To be continued.

Been playing around making a couple of these. More to them than it looks. Super tight tolerances. Multiple "ramps", lots of fun.
Haven't tried to heat treat one....yet, but I will. Fingers crossed!!!!
