There are like three entrances on the backside of the event. Trying to figure out which one is the one we have used in the past.

Looking at google maps I think I want the access road closest to 502 Cavalry Rd. I just don't recall driving past the buildings on that access road.

Anyone have any recollection on this?

The one we normally use is right against the freeway. As soon as you cross the bridge over the freeway, turn right and it's there.

My Dad, my brother (Jay), Alex and myself will be there Wednesday evening to Saturday morning. Drive up Wednesday and drive back Saturday. I think Jay will be driving a black fox body to try and sell it.

Well, Spring Carlisle 2019 is in the books. It had it's ups and down, but in the final analysis,
it still delivered us a good time. I did buy another T-Shirt along with a GMC plate and a GMC license plate frame.
After some searching Walt and I were able to find some stainless steel license plate bolts.
BP luncheons were the highlight as usual!! Quality Inn was nice, food at Middlesex is always excellent,
seating ten of us together just adds to the fun. The Ribs were very good at the BBQ Restaurant.
Quality Inn was a nice upgrade.

Not sure what everyone else got there, but I found what I went for, a really good time!

This year was a blast for me. We had three newbies in Kevin, Alex, and Mark, which mixed in well with some of the old crew. With the weather being sketchy, I understand why we lost a bunch of our gang, but I'm really glad I stayed. Without any real mission or goal made the wandering pretty easy going and my life has been really busy for the last six months and this was my first chance to just relax and not worry about my business or my job, so that was cool too.

Here's a few of the pics I took:

Spring Carlisle is always a great time. I wish the weather would've held out. We did walk
10 miles in one day. AkRover and I were able to cover the whole meat in a day. We weren't
able to get in the red barn and under the grandstand, and the car show portion was viewed
briefly as we took a different row each time we went up or down the mountain to the car
lot. My big purchase was a dashboard for 1966-67 442's which has already been sold and
shipped to my dashboard guy. For some reason, "swap meet hands" got a new friend "swap
meet shoulders" this year. Not sure what that's all about. Too much food at Middlesex diner
and many beers at the hotel added two pounds to my waistline! It was fun to see some new
faces and the same old ones too.... Good times!

I have a few of my own photos to complete the bigger picture of our get-together at Spring Carlisle this year.
On Thursday, the weather held off and we were able to spend a long day patrolling the fairgrounds. When we got up Friday morning it was already raining, but we decided to go anyway. It turned out to be a good decision. It poured cats and dogs while we leisurely at our breakfast at the Boy Scouts building, but it stopped and let us go about our business.

Of course, we took time to relax and enjoy our fill of burgers & dogs at Chez Paul's at Carlisle.

We had three generations of Sutters with us this year. Welcome Alex!

Even Fred's brother Hairy Cossick showed up.

Finally, there's the discussion about how to get the $25(?) Esso sign back to Cleveland.
