Spring Carlisle 2019

Spring Carlisle 2019 is from Wednesday the 24th of April until Sunday the 28th.

(Right now my best guess who will be there and when.)

BP and I will arrive Wednesday evening for dinner on the 24th, take in the swap meet Thursday and Friday,
returning home on Saturday morning after breakfast.
Upon notification of who is coming, I will reserve 3 rooms,
Myself, BasementPaul, WXO, and KevinS in one,
GMJohn, AKRover, 'Smoke, TheRookie in one,
and a room for Big Mike and Matt S..

Left me know QUICKLY if your in (or out), it's very late to book rooms. I'd like to book by next weekend.


(Note to TheRookie, I looked at the Charlotte Auto Fair, I'll be on a Cruise Ship.)

This is a good location, never been there before.

Hi Gang,
I have made plans for the folks who have responded. Here is where we are staying.
We will have two luxurious non-smoking rooms for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Paul and I intend to arrive Wednesday for an early dinner and returning home Saturday after breakfast.
I have Walt and I in one room, with Paul, Kevin, John, and Tim in the second room.
If it is to busy someone can room with Walt and I or use our facilities.

It appears that my family will make the pilgrimage to Carlisle on Friday evening for a Saturday at the event. Coming back Sunday AM.

Rachel will be done with her classes and tests. This was not clear until recently, and Kurt and Rhonda are also joining. If all goes to plan we will meet you all for breakfast on Saturday AM before you go.
