Why is it always street racing? It also makes anyone "encouraging" street racing guilty.
Why is drunk driving not punished so severely? I have the answer............. Are you ready ????????????? Because the law makers don't street race but they DO drink and drive. Why would they further punish themselves?
Here is who introduced it.
(I did a quick Google for Ohio Representative and then the last name on the bill)
Are we surprised they are ALL Dem's ?
