Handyman Barter?

Well, I have another non-car project i.e. a baby due in May. I'm looking to see if anyone is willing to barter some time to help out with some basement refinishing. Some carpentry skills needed. I can return the favor with some time as well or, for example, you could borrow my tractor for a yard project. I thought of this board since most of you are pretty darn handy. If need be, I can just pay too if someone needs some extra cash. I'm a decent carpenter and all the tools necessary.
