TRP Outing Sunday Aug 3rd

This Sunday is Ford vs GM at TRP. I plan to go, most likely with the T-bird. I think Karder will be racing his new Grand Prix GT. 32v will most likely bring the new red monster.
I'd like to see MarkSS with the Impala out there (since the rest of us will be slow...)
How 'bout Tiresmoker in the Mustang convertible??
We're hoping the Rookie will make it with the Formula and the new exhaust.
Kevin will be there with all 800hp in his Mustang.
Impala SS- mostmint?? 13's?
I'm trying to talk my wife into racing my truck. I really don't think that will happen though.

I'm thinkin' about the Imp Hummm. Guaranteed to be the slowest of the bunch.

My dad's '95 Mustang GT convertible/auto. It's a slug with 2.73 gears. I doubt I'm gonna make it.

OK, I'll post here too.
Sunday at TRP 08/03/08 Ford vs GM. There were a few tiresmokers there. Only Kevin was very fast,
TheRookie was second fastest with his newly acquired '89 Formula, with a few runs in the low 14.50's
well into the 90's. My '05 1500 vs BP's Thunderbird, the Ford prevailed. On our heads up run,
I ran a worst of the day 16.61 at 85.00, while the T-bird ran a steady 16.50, 84.45.
The Thunderbird ran a best 16.33, but in eliminations an on-the-brakes brakeout run at 16.38
on a 16.49 dial sent him home. The 05 1500 had its' best pass in eliminations
with a 16.31 at 86.46 but a -.01 light ended my day.
The little Blue car went 10.71, unfortunately I missed the speed.
