I sure hope he or she looks like Amy.

Are you guys going to find out if it's a boy or girl or let it be a surprise?

We're going with the surprise for sure. As for the tracking number, I'm still trying to find the bar code to scan it in for delivery.

Hrmm... based on due date, perhaps there was a little bit of the Irish luck involved (a few Killians)? If it's a girl, you have to go with Patty ;) Either way, you've found your pot 'o gold.

Congrats!! Job well done.

I will assume that all names are on the table other than Plexico....and Jimmy.

I do like Plexico Burris Cossick. If it's a girl we're thinking Shumiquana.

Seems using the home check for grandchildren (even 3 times, Doctor said he was) is not fail safe, since it now turns out that Basement is not really pregnant after all. Very sad and disappointing, but not something that can't be overcome.

There's a new term that's very "rare", called a "chemical pregnancy". After she took the test(s), she went to the doctor and they said that there was no reason to have to take a blood test to verify the pregnancy. Well, ultimately, they should have, because a blood test would have told her right then there was no baby.
I guess a chemical pregnancy is one where the woman's body thinks it's pregnant in all ways, except there's no baby. It's a hormone thing. Apparently the doctor didn't retest the first time she went because this never happens. Well, it does happen.
Yes it's disappointing, but it's not a miscarriage, and did not do any damage to my wife (except the emotional strain). We're going to take a break for awhile.
