winter sucks

Post by TireSmoker »

I've already snow-blowed (snow-blown?) my driveway 4 times in the past 24 hours.

Injection is nice, but I'd rather be blown!

thats a great pic.

Its March 9. Yesterday I put my snow throw on the tractor for the first time this winter. too much blowing and drifting made leaving impossible without snowthrowing assistance.

I have some drifts that are at least 4 feet high - luckily these are not on the driveway.

What's the consensus on how much snow fell in the Cleveland area?

Weatherman said 13 inches fell in Akron, but with the blowing and drifting maybe we had a little more - at least where the wind decided to drop it.

There was no snow here at all on Friday morning when I woke up.

I didn't hear of Painesville's exact number, but Madison (about 8 miles east) was at 28 inches. My guess here was 24".

My sister lives a couple miles from me and before it was all done, said she measured 16". I have to believe it was 18-20 by me, at least.

I haven't been home yet (flying back tomorrow), but I heard about 24" at home. By parents in Madison said they got 27". It should be fun to dig out the car at the airport parking lot.
