It meets most of the criteria, but what about these:
1) There is no reference to parts coming from his uncle's basement
2) The engine fits under the hood
3) It actually runs

Shouldn't it also have an aftermarket horn that plays ice cream truck songs?? <-- Did that cross a line?

The only major problem is that there is no Mustang hood scoop. That really is a nice car. Lots of cool things, including a 4-speed. It looks to have been done correctly.
