The schedule has been released for Drag Week 2025. Sept 14-19, 2025. It's in the mid-Atlantic area this year, starting & ending at Maryland International Raceway. Registration will open sometime in February.
Day 0/1, Maryland International Raceway, Budds Creek MD
Day 2, Numidia Dragway, Numidia PA
Day 3, Maple Grove Raceway, Reading PA
Day 4, Cecil County Dragway, Rising Sun, MD
Day 5, Maryland International Raceway, Budds Creek MD
I suspect the driving for this event will be a little more challenging on the car with much hillier terrain than Ohio/Indiana/Michigan. It'll also be a 400+ mile tow just to get there.
Let the preparation begin!

If I understand the data correctly, it looks like he qualified 5th for the final 32 bracket race. I can't find the results of the bracket race yet. It looks like he had a good week with reasonably consistent numbers.

I was doing all my updates on facebook.
I qualified 4th. We went into the final day in 5th, but i was able to improve one spot.
I beat a 66 Chevelle the first round dialed at 10.20. I treed him, drove around and hit the brakes before/thru the traps.
2nd round i raced a 74 GTO, same kind of race. Driver was a woman, and she had a terrrrible light. Easy win.
3rd round was a young dude in a 68 Camaro dialed at 10.38. Same kind of race, but i just whomped the throttle a few times while i was in front.
4th round, get lined up with a C5 vette, very unassuming looking, dialed at 10.14 to my 10.03
He beat me on the tree by .007. He went .15 on a .14, and i went .05 on my .03. I never lifted and went 134.5mph. MOV was .0142. But it was fast enough for 3rd place in Street Machine Eliminator!
Watching on replay is not too bad you can fast forward through all the delays. Drag week seems to have a disproportionately high number of stoppages to clean up the track. I can only guess this is because a lot of these are not bracket racing regulars so they show up for this event and crazy things happen like the rear window flies out.
