1973 Chevelle SS

Looks fantastic, but the factory bog block is gone, no AC and most of the dash stuff doesn't work.
I'm having a hard time understanding how this is fetching $18k

I'm thinking this car will bring something like 23K from a guy like GMJohn who would
begin to make it a 35K when he was done, although he seems never to be finished.
This car is almost 50 years old and there is a lot left,
new owner will fix one detail at a time, while he is driving it to cruises.
MostMint would have this in the 13's before you know it,
just like the old days.
I'm not allowed to bid.

This car doesn't fit me anymore. True it is only 8 years newer than the 442. I'm just out of touch with the market.

But it looks so good in green.
This one need a lot less work - just an upgrade to a 403!

That Cutlass, with a factory 5spd, in 1977??? I didn't believe it until I saw the build sheet. Pretty cool car.

And why would you fake it with a 260?! I would love to understand the thinking of the person that ordered it.

All I can say is that we should’ve bought a lot of cars in 2018 to sell now.
These cars were only bringing $10-$12 then. The market has gone insane!
And seriously, a 5 speed with a 260?!
