Tweaked TireSmoke logo

Hey guys, I tweaked the TireSmoke logo a bit. First, I didn't like the way the "TireSmoke" lettering got a bit lost in the image. I wanted it to stand out, so I erased some of the smoking tire detail behind the lettering. I also added the blue oval outline to give it a border when I create some stickers of the image. I hope you like it.

Interesting idea, GM. It might add a nice little red accent to the image. I'll see if I can make it happen and then post the results back here for comments.

I like the opening up by the lettering and the red-line on the tire for sure... I'm not a fan of the blue ring around it, though. How would it look as an oval-shaped logo?

Something about a blue oval that does not sit right with me lol. Changing to oval shape or even a black outline are options

The new logo is oval shaped. You can't tell by the image I posted, but everything outside the oval is transparent. I decided to add the blue outline to better define the oval logo when I print stickers. I chose blue to complete a red, white and blue patriotic theme ( Yes, even in these trying times, I remain patriotic).
BUT, I haven't, yet, figured out how to show you how it looks as it really is. It seems that it is always displayed as a rectangle even when I save it as a .PNG file (which supports transparency). For example, the following image is a .PNG and shows as a rectangle. I was hoping that it would display as an oval , but no such luck. If any of you have ideas about how to make it show up as an oval on our website, let me know.

I like the red outline and the redwall tire, but I like the text better without the white outline. Just my .02.

Maybe yellow instead of white around the TireSmoke… looks good in a Hooker Header logo.

Ok, I will see what I can do. I'm considering changing the TireSmoke font or the font color or both to give the text more prominence.

I had to learn more photoshop techniques to get here, but I tried to satisfy as many comments as I could.
