I'm not sure if he's supposed to be doing that, but it's a good deal as long as it lasts.

Yeah, I don't know why he can do it but he has a good rating as a seller. Might or might not be useful. Just $1.50 risked. We'll see.

They need a 17-digit (1981 and later) VIN to do the CARFAX report.
