They tried to limit me to 15 mph, but I got it up to 18. :mrgreen:

Very, very cool....and congratulations!!! How were you able to get inside the cab and run such a beast?

Looks like a GP-7 or GP-9 if I had to guess.

My wife gave me this experience as a birthday gift. It's called "Tracks of an engineer" at the North Carolina Transportation Museum.
I was given instruction for about a half hour, then about a half hour of practice, then we picked up my wife and we did another half hour with her on board. It was great fun. It was very simple to drive...forward, reverse, throttle, brakes. The brakes took a little getting used to, but not difficult at all. Blowing the horn was also great fun.
