...you sit back and wonder at what exactly it is you've wrought.

I'm going with some kind of a supercharged, methanol injected, Hummer H1...

Yes, that is exactly what it is.

Somewhere under the forest of plumbing is an LQ9 with a happy cam. Starting it for the first time with the supercharger was like that scene in the police garage in Mad Max.

Now with video.

Believe it or not, I packed more stuff in there since that picture was taken. Besides the methanol injection, I had to add a water/air intercooler setup, which required deleting the belt driven fan and going to an electric one, which introduced its own set of problems.

The video is almost as awesome as the vehicle!

There's genius in your madness.

While rearranging some hard drive stuff, I uploaded a bunch of pictures to my Photobucket account.

LQ9 engine, LS6 intake manifold to fit under the windshield, cable throttle body with a spacer for clearance reasons, GenIV truck water pump, one-off mounting plate for the Procharger, cut and sectioned and re-elbowed compressor cover, reclocked alternator, a lot of jiggery-pokery with the pulleys.... But it all fit.
