The motor is mounted on a frame with tracks on it. It resembles a
Toro Dingo, or at work we rent a Ditch Witch version called an sk-650.
Typically those have a stand-on plate on the back that the operator can
ride on and not have to walk. They don't have v-8 Chevy's on them......
Hmmmm... As much as I think this is really cool, I think with only
40 horsepower and the correct reduction and pulley speed you could
throw snow pretty far, especially for the money he's got in that thing.
I would have made it 6 ft wide too........... All that being said, That
thing is Bad Ass!

It's actually hydraulically driven, and I agree that you could do the same thing with less. But if you have a good big block laying around, why not?

That thing would make snow blowing a FUN outdoor winter activity!! And, annoy the neighbors a whole lot more than a reasonably powered blower.

I'm thinking this thing should have a place to stand and move at like 15 mph - if I'm using all that gas I want to get done fast!
