Cheap tool for testing circuits

I guess you could do the same tests with a multimeter but some fuse blocks aren't that easy to get to and, with this tool, the test could be done with one hand. Also, lots of multimeters have a 10A limit where this tool does 20A, enough to test current draw for most circuits.
I'd put it on my HF wishlist if I could remember the password.
