Did the small tree in the picture turn that Porsche into a pile a trash?

I had a 1984 Z28 that encountered a tree. I thought the tree was small enough that I might just knock it over. WRONG. It messed the car up and I was not going that fast at all, 25-30mph maybe. Trees are MUCH stronger than they look.

After the post, I heard that the car hit a telephone pole first and ended up at the little tree.

Yeah, a guy on a motorcycle died at the hands of a 4" tree in the middle of my neighbors front yard. There's no other foliage around at all... just bad, drunken luck.
