That primer looks like big bullet holes in the passenger door.
$3200 seems pretty cheap for an '09?

Re - bullet holes: I thought the same thing! I think the white paint has black underneath and when the police symbols were removed they got down to the black.
In fair condition on KBB this car shows private party retail of just over $8000. This is a great deal methinks. The guy bought it at the Canton police auction and put it back together. Basically it was hit in the LF wheel. It bent the control arm or the knuckle - he slotted the strut to make it work but he has spares of all the parts that go with the car. Some of the parts were pilfered off the car (apparently for other police cars). Also the shifter mechanism is a little sloppy sometimes you have to move the handle to get it to activate the neutral safety switch. I drove the car there were no surprises. It'll need some work cosmetically and a few loose ends tied up but I'm fairly certain it is worth more in parts than what I'm paying for it. I also get the original rim and tire (with TPMS sensor) from the LF and a replacement LR taillight assembly. He also said the LF tie rod is bent and the rack needs replaced.
All the exterior panels have some significant flaw in the paint. The RF has a small dent, LR has a poorly filled dent, the front bumper cover is a little messed up from the accident. So there will be a little TLC and then the car needs paint.
I've been doing some research looks like I want to do acrylic enamel and I can find it for about $100/gal. Right now I need to find a suitable acrylic enamel with the flex additive for the bumper covers.
The Camaro will be for sale shortly. It pains me to sell it but the LS is probably better suited to loan to my children once they start driving. KBB says fair condition retail for the Camaro with 165k is over $1800. I'm thinking it might be worth a little more than that plus I have a second set of rims with Blizzaks that will go along with it. I'm starting at $2500 for the whole package once I get the LS ready to go. The LS has 16" rims so if the second set of rims and Blizzaks don't go I'll put the tires on the LS. If you guys are interested I can get you a better price on the car.

Guys get weird when you try to sell a car with snow tires. It makes them think it's all rusty underneath. If it were mine, I wouldn't mention snow at all and just sell the snows separately. I still think that's a $2500 car without the snows.
Good luck.

Perhaps an incognito / under cover motif is better:

Don't laugh, but this week I'm driving my grandparents' 2009 Impala around as I take the car to E-Check for them/get their new tags, etc.
Anyone encounter the "Airbag" warning message at one time or another?

I saw LOTS of posts about airbag lights on the 2009's. This might help:

Read through it. Looks like if the passengers seat is lowered, it makes it worse. Most things I read stem from the wiring under the passenger's front seat.
