97 Ford Taurus SHO

My friend's neighbor has a 97 Ford Taurus SHO he is selling. Apparently bought it for a cousin out of state who never came for it. Car has 154k, does not appear to leak any oil at all, driver seat leather is cracked, has a little paint fade and a few surface rust bubbles but does not appear to have any serious rust underneath. Chrome rims, red in color. V8 car with independent rear suspension and 4 wheel disc brakes.
He's asking $2200 but I bet you could get it for less. I did some cursory checking on craigslist and the price is in line with most of the comps I could find, actually freakishly close - like they all went to KBB and found the car was worth 22-2300.
