Flashing Side Marker Lights

Post by Maverick »

I may do this to the Maverick. Anyone else interested in this technique?

I'm interested in that. I tried this http://www.corrado-club.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4921 on my VR all it did was create a short (as Tiresmoker thought it might). Your link has better info - let me know how it works. My side marker lights have been relocated over by the doors to be similiar to newer VW's and the old spot by the headlights has been filled in. The new lighting works fine but a blinking side marker would be neat and also safer.

That's an older pic but you can see the holes in my grey car (between the fender and door) for the "newer" lights. Also the original location by the headlights on the black car.
