Colleen, Dan, and I, bought a new house, and are moving to Twinsburg.
The house in Mentor, has been sold.
PM me for the new address and land line. My cell remains unchanged.
The actual move takes place Thursday, May 5th.
"Two Men and a Truck", will actually be, 4 men, and two trucks....
FYI.

We'll have to bring the hot rods over and 'christen' the new street!

I don't remember if you told us or not, but is there a place to ride your four wheelers there?

Bring it on, Mr Smoker...
The new digs are in a HOA (Home Owners Association) community. Only $60/yr, but they've got their rules.

I'm sure BP and 32v are familiar.
I'll bet a healthy SBC, displaying the effect of excessive HP, exceeding the coefficient of traction, well... WTF, come on down, and do it anyway....

Well.... no.
Currently, Mentor to Eastlake, is 8 miles, 12 minutes.
Twinsburg to Eastlake is 23ish miles, 35 minutes.

Thinking 2012 VW Jetta Diesel, DSG. Hummmm
Colleens commute, remains about the same. 17ish miles, 25minutes
We're sending my son to a private school, in Sagimore Hills, Old 8, and Vally View area. The Lawrence School.

I may have already have posted something like this. Sorry for any redundancy.
Living in Mentor, and putting Dan on private transportation to Lawrence, is an hour in the morning, and another hr, in the afternoon. The private transportation makes other stops along the way. Twinsburg to Lawrence is just under 8 miles. And, we'll provide the ride. In 4 years, he can drive himself
The new house is, well newer! One owner, built in 1994. 3beds, 2.5bath, 2000 sqft, colonial, on .34 acre.

Yea, well, uh... the only down side, it's a two car, not a two and a half, which is what I'm used to.
It is 'attached'. On the plus side, there is a full basement, 12 course deep. (12 cinder blocks).
