New Guy. Wanted to introduce myself. Spent some times with some members @ Woodward this year. Had a good time even in the rain. I have a 68 Cougar that needs a new interior and smokes a little on start up...and a 70 Bronco that I probably would have gotten rid of already but damn if it doesn't start up every time I crank it. Don't get much wrench time but consider my garage the favorite room in my house.
See you around

HI Matt, Love the Cougar! And great choice of wheels too. I've always liked that body style. Way cooler than the Mustang IMO. Welcome to the board. What area are you from?

Hi MercuryMatt, I heard that Woodward trip was good fun. Welcome to Tiresmoke.
Always like Mercurys. Sad to see their going the way of the Oldsmobile.

Hey Matt, glad to see you made it over here! Woodward was a good time and Fatica and I are both looking forward to going back next year. We got my Chevelle running a few weeks after getting back from Detroit, so I'll have a decision to make next year on which car to take

Thanks Dave. Cool site. Fred that CTS-v is sweet. Love me some Cadillac!
Paul-I'm in Walton Hills by the fomoco plant. I work by CLE airport so the Merc runs across 480 a couple times a week on nice days.
Bronco's in my garage for some wiring, heater upgrade and carb cleaning. Hope to get some winter fun out of it this season.
As for Woodward...bring the fastest one!
I thought most would appreciate a full Avitar:

Hopefully she belongs to you too...
My Granparents lived in Walton Hills and my uncle worked at the stamping plant over there, so we're familiar with the area. I used to drive 480 and just hated all the idiots and the subsequent traffic jams.
Cool to see that you're local, hopefully the tiresmoke gang will run into you sometime.
What's the drivetrain in the Cougar?

When is the Tiresmoke Christmas party?

302 3 speed with 3.25 rear. Pretty boring but fun enough to rip around town and hit Blossom a couple times a year.
