No pace notes, so they are just going by route instructions?

Some teams are boycotting non-recce rallies over there. The trick to haul ass is to watch the treeline, you're not looking at the road so much as looking up at the trees.

Well, some people get a kick out of cutting down trees in strategic places before the start of the rally, to make it look like a section is really fast...

Let me guess -- the series is sponsored by the European equivalent of Jegs or Summit.

I don't know who the driver is, but he has figured out a way to get a camera in the car, take a video while he is scaring the crap out of his woman, and she laughs about it at the end.

Wow, the wife is HOT, and in the end, she loved it...
That was a Del Sol, right?

She didn't shut up the whole time. How annoying. That wasn't a del sol as it had a back seat, and what sounded like a V6. I'm guessing some sort of Honda though (based on his shirt).

Ya gota appreciate steel reinforced concrete.
I don't think the camera guy is too bright to begin with... notice the hesitation immediately after impact. "... hummm, that was close, and Oh, a photo opportunity too..."

Car really got tore up.

I liked the fast recovery then snapping a photo off! He was so non-chalant I wonder if that guy had seen that kind of wreck there before.

Near the end of the video you hear a plopping noise, just before they show the camera man at the car. I think he shook one out of his shorts & they didn't show it!!!

Apparently diesel engines last forever, so they end up in the strangest places: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAWbD9io ... re=related

I had seen several videos with that diesel sound, but just could not believe it.
