Sideways 101

I have never seen so many cars get sideways.
Mechanical failure, (suspension) or a slick blow out, I can understand, but what gives?

And this comes from a guy who actually did a 180 at the big end.... ask BP. Yet another event I'm not proud of.

That is more wrecks than I have seen in my racing career by far.

To me the door falling off was the strangest one

That silver transam that goes sideways a i little but keeps going is SICK. Man those guys are fast. Lots of wheelies too.

A lot of crashes at Houston Motorsports Park. A lot of fast cars too. Sheesh.

Good point - maybe not such a good place to go that fast. Doesn't the track look shiny - I hope that's traction compound.

Only problem is they did not put new tires on it:

Those were good, Andy. Great fun.

Here's another one. Everything happens quickly so keep your eyes peeled.

Amazing.

This morning I saw an engine from a locomotive on a flatbed and thought "I wonder what vehicle you could put that in?" Maybe a semi truck?

7:26!!!

The 'Ring is on my video game (turn for turn with elevation changes, it's dead on), and this course is insanely difficult. That guy has been around that track a few hundred times and a street car running under a 7:30 is completely insane.

the sounds that car makes are sick. Bad ass, indeed!
