Apparently there's a swap meat and gambler's race this Sunday and depending on the weather, plan to be there with something to race. The forecast so far is a chance of rain and high 60's. I'd REALLY like to see Tony's Chevelle out there!

I'd also really like to see my Chevelle out there!! 
Sadly, I'll be getting tax returns out until the last hour on 10/15...so I won't be able to make it.
I still need one more evening to set my timing and tune my carb some.
However, the only problem I had with my motor swap was a bad oil pan that won't seal properly. My leak is bad enough that I might not be allowed to race....and I couldn't blame the Thunder Capital one bit.
However, if the snow holds off, I could be race ready the first week in November or so. Maybe TDR will have a Tony & Paul's Birthday Bash. At age 41, Tony will try to get out of the 16s!!!

I'm shooting for this Saturday, the 23rd. The weather is supposed to be 53 and partly cloudy. PERFECT.
I didn't go Sunday because it was really warm, so I just drove around for about 70 miles or so Sunday morning in the Caddy and enjoyed the day.
