Garage Shoes

Post by Maverick »

I said "goodbye" to two old soles today.

We spent many hours doing things we liked and didn't like over the last decade and getting comfortable with each other. We shared the Grabber Blue and Wimbledon White paint spatters and lots of other scars from our adventures. Oh well, out with the old and in with the new. We've been drifting apart for a couple of months now, especially the one on the right.

I'm already feeling pretty comfortable with my new companions. My wife hasn't liked the old ones for years. :?

Some wheel bearing grease in the stitching will go well with the tan and black,
all they need is a little of the blue and white accents that the other pair had.
It will be awhile before they have the character of that older pair. :P
