What are these??

I was just browsing Craigslist for TBSS parts and saw an ad for a throttle body. There were two pictures, the first being the TB. The second picture puzzled me. I see no relation to a throttle body. What do you think these are:

Are those for the center outlet exhaust on the TBSS?

There is nothing like this in the exhaust system of the TBSS. The stock TBSS has a crossover pipe under the transmission pan and is a single pipe all the way to the single straight-through muffler in the back. This circular piping makes no sense to me. MostMint suggests they are mufflers? Have you seen something like this before?

They are custom. Hangers seen on the back.

I think Mostmint is correct. There are stainless band clamp muffler clamps on
the other side. They may be some type of muffler replacement so the factory muffler
can be removed and the tailpipe still sticks out in the factory spot... ???
