Maybe, just maybe - my garage might be in a commercial

So a friend of mine saw where they were looking for a "gear head garage" for a commercial shoot. She recommended that I send in a pic or two - so I did. Today the producer stopped by to check it out - said it was exactly what he was looking for, but still had a couple more to look at. Yeah I know he probably tells everybody that.

In any event - it might be kinda cool to see my garage in a national commercial.

I'd say I have just better than a snowball's chance in hell, but that's better than no chance at all!!!!


If not no big deal, if I do I will be selling autographs 12 cents each! 10 cents for a fellow tiresmoker!!!

They'll pay something, but it's my guess the PITA will far outweigh any payment. I just thought it'd be cool - I won't be in it at all so there's no fame - I will have to settle for being a legend in my own mind!!!! ha ha ha

I just KNEW I shoulda got that 30 cents from you before the floor dropped out! Dang it!






In the end it actually worked out for the better - after the fact we realized that the shoot date was the same day as Jill's parents 50th - they were renewing their vows and Jill would have been a bit disappointed if I had missed it. So it actually worked out better.
