Re: Norwalk's Blue Suede Cruise

I second BP and would be interested in going next year.

At a minimum, it's worth checking out once just to see what it's like.

Northern Ohio Chevelle Club Annual Show - 8/2 & 8/3

http://www.northernohiochevelleclub.com/j1/ This year's show is at the Holiday Inn in Strongsville. You do NOT have to own a Chevelle to attend or enjoy this show. So long as the weather cooperates, it's a nice time. Plenty of Chevelles. Plenty of Gear Heads. Maybe we'll have a bon fire ceremony to ...

Stunning Review of the New Chevy Impala

http://www.cleveland.com/business/index ... er_default

Good to see that Chevy/GM can still beat out the Japanese/German cars from time to time.

Gaining market share in this segment will go a long way in helping the company bounce back, IMHO.

Bobby Rahal Lists His 5 Favorite Muscle Cars

http://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/bobby-rahal-five-greatest-muscle-cars-motoramic-experts-164252094.html While I don't neccessarily agree with his list, it's a very good read nonetheless. Obviously, when it comes to opinions, one man's coffee is another man's tea. My gripes, however trivial, ar...

Hey...I just ran into Joe Pesci and his brother Nicky out in the Las Vegas desert. They're very glad to hear about your alternator as well....and they're still wearing their tightly whities! I've got fifty more bucks in my wallet then when I got here. Gonna head over to Planet Hollywood for a late n...

To put things in perspective, just those AFR heads and your tranny are worth what you paid for.....EVERYTHING.

Well bought, as they on TV at the auctions......

Re: #48 - 2012 Mustang

Very, very nice ride! If I get a vote, I say pull the stripes off. I think they detract from the otherwise clean lines of the car. I think we need to find a reason to meet up when I have Jenn's '11 V6 Camaro. While I'm sure you won't do anything until the warrany is up, have you found a supercharger...

It Belongs In A Museum

http://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/scores-chevys-hidden-50-years-finally-sale-160911547.html I don't know if any one picked up on this or not. Somewhere in Pierce, NE a Chevy dealership has stood untouched for years. Now, some near-zero mile cars are heading to the auction block. I recommend pla...

All I know is that shortly after Paul purchased this car, Tony Soprano/James Gandolfini died of a heart attack. Coincedence?

Think I better sign up for that gym membership now.

Re: trp june 19th

Once I got home, I cleaned up all the rubber behind (and in front of) my rear passenger side tire. I must have put on one hell of a show during the two runs in which I went up in smoke. There was so much rubber on the car and the tail pipe that it looked like someone had rust-proofed that part of th...

Re: TRP, Jun 5

Jim hasn't raced in 7 years, but that doesn't mean he hasn't blown up three motors in the meantime trying. His latest effort was a 596 BBC with new Dart heads that somehow threw a valve and lunched most of the motor. :( But I didn't break.....and ran 13s....and am still smiling. DNS - many...

I'd also really like to see my Chevelle out there!! Sadly, I'll be getting tax returns out until the last hour on 10/15...so I won't be able to make it. I still need one more evening to set my timing and tune my carb some. However, the only problem I had with my motor swap was a bad oil pa...
