Posting pics -- updated January 2016

I've done a little updating on adding attachments. Since the beginning, we've been using postimage.org for our pictures. (the "Add image to post" link right under the message window) It was free and it worked well enough, but the downside is that old pictures end up going away.

I added some code for better handling board Attachments. Advantages for attachments is that they are stored on my system and my database. That means they are permanent. As long as tiresmoke is around, they'll be online. The biggest difference will be that pics that are attached will be re-sized and there is no thumbnail that can be moved around. The only other downside with attachments is that they can only be added/uploaded 1 at a time. If you find this to be annoying, let me know and I'll see if I can make more modifications. Currently, I have the attachment limit set at 8 per post. I think this will be fine, but I can always increase it.

You're welcome to use either/both ways of posting pics. Let me know your thoughts on attachments.

I'm testing for myself. And you get a prize if you can identify this car (OK, there's really no prize).

After only a year and a half, we have a winner. You win a gallon of milk that I bought when I posted this. It was a sweet ride.

Yeah, I'm really happy about hosting the pictures internal to Tiresmoke. Wish I could've/would've done it sooner. (some of it was software limitation in older versions of phpBB). The amount of disk we use is nothing. The whole website, plus pics, plus database is a paltry 770MB. I have 25GB allocated to the server, and it would be trivial to expand that by a factor of 10.

I'm glad you guys enjoy it. :-)
