The Cleveland Car Show starts this Saturday and runs through Sunday March 6th.
As of this posting, BP, GMJohnny, Mostmint and I will be attending on Wednesday
trying to arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 pm.
Will there be other Tiresmokers joining us for a good time?

Mark, I didn't see that you called until 9pm... sorry we missed you, but it was a good show overall. Some pretty nice new stuff, but man is it expensive!

It's always fun to see what you can afford to drive in 7 years ..........

Dan and I got a real kick out of the Ford robot guy. "Hank".
I signed up for the $50 test drive. ---
- You sign up with an email.
- Ford emails you a confirmation.
- Print the confirmation, and take it to any Ford dealer in the USA, before April 30th.
- Test drive any Ford product. I choose.... Gee, let me think a moment here.... A Mustang GT, with three pedals. 8)
- Ford pays you $50 for the drive.

Hummm. I'll bet there is some purty strong 'arm twisting' in the process.
I'll let ya'll know how it plays out. I'll just stay away from any 'Auto Nation' Ford dealer.

We did the Jeep thing. No line. Not bad. The hill descent was cool.
Dan, was drawn to all the high end stuff. M-B, Lexus, Porsche.... Me, I'm liking the Subaru Forster.

PB- It's OK. I knew as soon as I dialed, and it went right into voice mail, your phone had to be off.

BTW, I went thru $45

I got a $75 debit card for test driving a Fusion a few years back. They were really slow in processing the form after I mailed it in. Did not get a lot of BS from the dealer though. It was a nice car - handled well for its size and had good power, except there was a small rattle in the dash, and I really don't like the grill, or Fords.

You must have called right when johnny442 was calling me. It was the only time my phone rang, and I didn't even talk to him... just bad timing I guess.

I liked the Buick turnaround. I like the new Focus too. I really liked the CTS-V wagon- how badass with 556HP!

I didn't like the inside of the Taurus...felt like a deep bathtub. I didn't really care for the new Chrysler 200 either. The outside styling seemed unfinished to me and the inside was a little like the old Sebring.

I like the shinanigans with 32v's truck and the new F250 after the show too.

Boys will be boys. I remember someone saying they wouldn't track that truck,
I don't think I believe that. The red truck will be at the 1st T-N-T.
