A quick call to 442Johnny and we had a tow dolly lined up just in case.

The problem is definitely a ground issue. I'd say if you found hard evidence of a ground problem, that you've got it licked. Good luck...

Well the Formula is in my garage waiting for TheRookie to take possesion. WXO and I had one last adventure. It still needed a head light control module. $60 rebuilt on line, $200+ new or Herb's Auto Wrecking. Herb said "I don't know what that is but if you take it off you can have it for $10." So off to Perry we went and had a great time walking around this old school scrap yard. We found one and installed it. What fun!

TheRookie receives the jacket and the Formula 350 in a formal ceremony at my place last night
with several of the Tiresmoke group in attendance. A fun time was had by all, much bench racing.

She made it home! It was only another 10 miles on top of the 700+, so no surprise. She'll be heading to the e-check this weekend. Next steps include chip installation, getting some new seats, other misc interrior stuff, and cat-back exhaust. I can't believe I actually got to drive it :)

TheRookie completed WXO's trip up north by inviting WXO and myself with our better halves to MacDogans for dinner.
We had a great time with more bench racing and discussions about the Firebird's future.
The project continues!
