Cleveland Auto Show 2009

Post by Fred32v »

The Cleveland Auto Show is on from Feburary 28th through March 7th.
GMJohnny and I will be there on Wednesday March 4th.
We are currently planning to be at the EXPO's west entrance around 5pm.
Come join us, using a cell phone you should not have any trouble finding us.
Who 's in for that evening?
Love those new cars!

$12 for adults (mental state of mind not to be considered)
$10 for seniors (hate when they always card me)

I'm holding out for my free Chrysler tickets... last 5 years, I've gotten 'em.
I'll be going with Dan, and it'll probably be a Saturday, noonish thing.

Fridays Dealer nite

Post by markss327 »

Well, no free tickets from Chrysler...BUT, my neighbors daughter, works at Infinity Bedford... and gave me two tickets for last Friday - dealer night. So, Dan and I went. To Dans dismay, no Jeep 'Adventure Park...' but he got over it. Ford had a 2010 'Stang GT on display, but all locked up. HOWEVER, there are THREE 2010 Camaros to sit in and get all the touchy-feely you want.

My gut feeling is that Chevy will over price ($35k ish) any V8 version, which as we all recall, is what killed the F-body to begin with.
That, and the current economic situation, and not to mention GMs killing the SS line, I'll bet this car is canned by 2012.

Sorry for the hijack :?

That's not a hijack -- just a preview. :)

My dad is going to meet me at work Wednesday, and we'll head over and meet up with the rest of you.

Yes, race fans, Fred 32v & GMJohnny will be departing dream car garage around 4:30, should be @ show around 5:15 - 5:30. Call my cell # when you arrive & we will meet up. I am planning on bringin' some wrenches to part out some vettes, so in 15 yrs when I can afford a 2009, I will have them handy!! I need some people to create a diversion for me.
