When home, not really able to be out and about you can find things to do.
That was then.

This is now.

I requested a Hutter (Trever) tune back in March, June 30th was the earliest I could get.
Well today was the day, I was at Hutter's at 8:15am, my Jimmy was on the rollers until 1pm.
Canyon ready and waiting.

I'll see what this tune has done on the first dry Wednesday at TRP.

What did the “seat of your pants” meter say it did? Any better?

The 11HP is probably more really. The Canyon had 89 octane in it, but Trevor added more timing so when he runs Premium, it will run better still. Also, we learned that this motor pulls strong to 7200rpms, but the transmission in Auto shifts significantly sooner on it's own. So there will be some real gains by holding the gears longer with the shift button. He also raised the top speed to 120mph from something just under 100.

It will be fun to see it come alive with good gas and some higher RPM shifts.

Was the CAI and cat-back exhaust part of this tune or had it been done previously?

If you go to my earlier Jimmy postings you will see where the Cold Air and exhaust came from.
On the 19th of May, 2019, there was a "party" at TireSmoke Central where these items were installed.

I'll see what the tune does for the Jimmy as soon as I get some 93 Octane and find a dry Wednesday night.
