Re: Life cycle of a project car
SO TRUE!! It tells the story of the Maverick, for sure. In my history there are more aborted projects than "completed" (i.e., most of the original plan done) projects. Sometimes the reality of a project doesn't match the idea of a project and its time to move on to the next one.
The pay off with the ones that got "done" makes it all worthwhile. And there are fond memories of the aborted projects too, e.g., the Arizona trip with long-time buddy George to bring back bro Willy's '81 F150. Two weeks of wrenching with Willy and George and an adventurous road trip back. Good times!!
