Login problem

Post by wxo »

I'm having trouble with my Tiresmoke login. Even though I check the box to keep me logged on, after a couple of visits, I'm logged out again and have to enter the PW to get in. Anyone else seeing this?

My work computer does it sometimes. At home I'm OK.

I will usually get prompted when I open a new browser (I typically leave mine open for weeks). But I have my password saved in my browser too, so it's never a big hassle. Not sure how to help you here..

The reason I asked the question in the first place was that something changed. In the recent past, I've been able to check that box that says keep me logged in and every time I would open a browser to go to Tiresmoke there was no prompt for a password. Recently, however, this is not happening. It varies on how many times I can log in without being prompted. Usually it's two or three times. Based on the response I see, I'm probably the only one seeing this. Must be something on this end. Thanks for the help.
