I got one of those from Hunting Valley too. In the past month of two, but on County Line Rd.. also in my Vette.

This is a municipality issuing this ticket. They have no jurisdiction over license plate issuance as far as I know that is at the state level.

I got one in Newburgh Hts. a few years ago. Never paid it, never had an issue
with license plates. It went away just like the internet said it would.
