So, a change in career and a side-job that takes a bunch of my spare time has pretty much
rendered the El Camino “unused” at my place. As much as I like the car, I just don’t have time
to work on it like I want to and it frustrates me to no end. When AK and I were purchasing his
Jag, the salesman showed an interest in the El Camino. I made the decision to consign the
car with them.

Hopefully, I’ll get a sale. With the Terrain no longer in the garage, the goal would be to purchase a
car that can be driven as a 3 season, daily driver/ back up vehicle but still be a performance vehicle that doesn’t
require heavy project work. Let’s see how this goes.

I was looking at the pictures yesterday on JK's site. Everything looks good. Someone could buy that car without even coming to look at it.

I am really happy with JK Galleria. I never had to follow up with them on anything. They texted. They called. They met their promise on the temp tag and hood struts even though those weren't in writing. They replaced the battery at their cost. The car arrived the day after I got home. The title arrived in the mail just a couple days later. Hopefully their customer service will be as good for you. They do seem to move some cars. I am looking forward to reading about your next steps.

It's super rare to see a classic car seller on eBay with 100% feedback. Says a lot about how they function.

The dealer did the deal and now I have cash burning a hole in my pocket. I got a call
last Wednesday saying that someone was interested in getting the car with some type of
trade in. The dealer made me a cash offer and I accepted. I really liked this car, but I
really had no time to devote to it and that was a frustration for me. For the first time
in forever, I don’t own a car. That’ll change soon enough. The goal is to find a C-6 that
can be used as a three season car. More to come on this…….

Just wanted to pay my last respects to the Elco. It was a super good looking ride.

But its replacement is pretty bad a*s!!
