Today I found out my stroker parts showed up at Hutter's. So I ran over there to check them out. Cool stuff!

Now I'm waiting to hear when would be a good time to bring the motor in for the upgrades.

Today I was a little burned out from working, so I decided to heat up the garage and start the engine removal process. Wednesday I ordered an engine cradle for my LS transportation purposes. I got one without wheels so it would ride better in the back of my truck. I have a forklift if I need to move it. I put that together first, then moved more inventory out of my way, and began tearing all the front accessories off. It's a process, so I took my time and got all that done. Tomorrow I'm going to get the engine hoist from 32V's place and keep picking at it. The radiator is next, then probably most of the engine harness and lots of vacuum and vent lines. I don't expect to get underneath it until maybe Sunday.

If I failed to mention, I got a call from Trevor at Hutter's letting me know this would most likely be a good time to bring the motor in to get the stroker kit and cam done. So that's what I'm going to do so hopefully we'll be running and tuned by the middle of April.

Yesterday Dave came over and helped me with the teardown for a few hours, and I gave it a few more hours today. Unfortunately small things seem to take a long time like spark plugs and header bolts. I think all I have left is bellhousing bolts, torque converter bolts, and engine mounts.
I'll probably mess with it tomorrow afternoon, and then call in for backup once I'm sure it's hoist ready.

Last night I finished loosening everything up, and today we took it out of the truck with very little drama. Off to Hutters this afternoon.
