Guns are kinda cool. I have an old Browning 9mm pistol from WWII, but haven't shot it in years.

Re: Weighty Situation

What would you say that 1979 T-Top Firebird weights with the big engine in it?
At least 3500lbs w/o driver.

PASS TIME comes to Tiresmoke! Name the time, win the hotdog!

I'll take that hotdog wager. Closest guess wins? (either over or under)

Headers open? What tires will be run?

I saw that ad too -- that seems like a pretty good price.

Fast cars are cool. I had to run over my parents house tonight and decided to hop in the Chevelle. No laptop, no checking anything, just hopped in and went. I can't wait to bolt on the slicks, open the headers, and launch this thing. It's amazing how 10 minutes of drive time can wipe away months wor...

I've been working more on the ignition control, but it's still not right. The car is hard to start, and absolutely dies if RPM drops under 700. It seems right when I command no more than 25-28* degrees of timing, but at one point in the map, it should've been at 36*, and it only read 25* on the bala...

photo resizer

I frequently take pictures at my camera's maximum size, but I usually try to reduce them for stuff I'm going to post on the web. Photoshop is like shooting a fly with an elephant gun for a task like this. I found this: http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize It's a simple EXE file. Drag-n-drop you...

That's a pretty stark contrast to the Firestone/Ford Explorer incidents a few years ago.

BP and I briefly talked about this last night on the phone. When did gas hit $2/gallon, 2003? roughly? So in 5 years, the price of gas has doubled. 5 years. I have difficulty believing the conspiracy theorists that Bush/Cheney are somehow have a direct hand in this, because I generally dont believe ...

My sister lives a couple miles from me and before it was all done, said she measured 16". I have to believe it was 18-20 by me, at least.
