Super cool stuff. That had to be a seriously satisifying thrill.
That first pass showed your courage.
I missed the numbers, not that it's that important. Sweet!

Best Times

Two cars with their best times ever. Congradulations to both cars. Amazing! Here is a video of the Mustang's best ever pass. In the last video the right rear of the gravel pan was dragging and the left front wheel was in the air and 10.70 was the result. After much rear suspension work, the car leav...

Just a thought, but if you don't use them secondaries they should not be effecting that richness. Once you disable the secondaries, I'd lean out the primaries a bunch, but rich when your in the secondaries ain't that bad. It will be fun to see how the mileage improves, maybe you'll be able to drive ...

An example of the very rare manual turbo 350 transmission.
We never had to change a clutch plate or flywheel on our Turbo 350's.
From the pictures I can not see the vacuum modulator but it must be there.

I think the cruise control could be a challenge. On my Oldsmobile when I converted from the 350 to the 455, when I engaged the cruise the motor was so much more responsive that the car felt like it was rowing down the highway. There was an adjustment to help but I had that maxed out and the rowing r...

2008 Car Show

I went to the show. Hundreds of neat rides. Jeff was there with the motor. They sold 400 tickets, mostly at the show. Somebody else won it. That looks like a great solution, but your truck is a '69 and the headliner in the link is for a 73-79. Once you have the new radio installed in the head liner you will have to find a "radio delete" plate to cover up the old radio holes. It will sure be fun looking for that piece. Di...
