Re: garage design

My $.02... Size. The bigger, the better. Orientation. Long ways, for sure. May I suggest a 10x10 door on the front, (centered) and a man door, on the right side. Service: 50amp electric sounds adequate. 3/4in water line from house 1in natural gas line from house 6in sanitary tied to existing septic....

Re: 1994 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon

Well, the front main, is the furthest from the oil supply. Lets hope the rest are in better shape!
I'll bet the #1 and #2 rod bearings are toast too.

Re: Oil starvation discussion

I think an oil pan modification is the answer. If clearance allows, maintain the same depth, but increase capacity by 2qts, by expanding the pan side to side, (or front to back). Re: Moving on

Yea, well, uh... the only down side, it's a two car, not a two and a half, which is what I'm used to.
It is 'attached'. On the plus side, there is a full basement, 12 course deep. (12 cinder blocks).

Re: Moving on

Bring it on, Mr Smoker... The new digs are in a HOA (Home Owners Association) community. Only $60/yr, but they've got their rules. I'm sure BP and 32v are familiar. I'll bet a healthy SBC, displaying the effect of excessive HP, exceeding the coefficient of traction, well... WTF, com...

Re: 1998 Ford F-250 aka #42

I think we can guess it's intended use. Good Idea. Just make sure it's all insured.
What's the gear? and .... how are the rear springs?

I kinda thinks a Super Duty - looks better....
