Re: An Eventual Replacement for the Trailblazer

So what's a guy, that doesn't really need a full-sized pickup, to do? :( Restore an old truck?? That option is definitely on the table! If I can tow my boat with a, say 67-72 Chevy short bed, I really wouldn't need another tow vehicle. And a Posi would really help on these steep and wet b...

Re: An Eventual Replacement for the Trailblazer

I assumed it was the same motor that's in the Camaro. But since the towing figures weren't/aren't yet available, I didn't take the analysis or logic as far as you did....and you are probably 100% correct. The motor is probably a poor choice and may require further thought. Why not use the 4.2 inline...

An Eventual Replacement for the Trailblazer

http://autos.yahoo.com/news/coming-soon-sized-2015-chevrolet-colorado-pickup-truck-213000554.html I think GM will be hitting the nail on the head with this idea......that there is a strong market for mid-sized trucks out there. Not everyone needs to tow 11,000 lbs or wants to drive something as larg...

Re: My Corvette search

Everybody else drove theirs into the ground too, apparently. Very few on craigslist, considering there were a million of them on the road. Or maybe they just lived up to their nameplate -- Found On Road Dead  -Dave I really enjoyed that car. I'd like to see Ford re-introduce it with their EcoB...

Re: TRP - year end

Yeah, it was the first time I had two of my cars at the track at the same time. I'm really happy with the 14.11 @ 99.6 with the Mustang. I'm getting closer with the Caddy tuning. I think I have the primaries where they need to be as I had two 1.90 60' times, but I think now that the secondaries are...

Re: My Corvette search

Any 93-97 Ford Probe GTs make the circuit?

Small 2.5 V6 but car was already light from the factory. Was a very fun car on the street.....all 156K miles of it.

Are we old enough now that these jobs no longer build character/are a good learning experience? :?

Seriously, though, that's a bummer from a time perspective.

Re: Tiresmoke Central, construction begins!

I've got a four foot Fat Max level that we can use. It's in my garage if you need it before I get there. I'm trying to see if Stanley will change their product line to FATica MAX......but have not yet been successful. Gotta run. Chris Perez has a condo in Rocky River that he wants to sub-lease to me...

I'm really glad that we grew up when we did. It was a much simpler, innocent time...and I could still fit into a pair of 32x32 jeans......and thought I my excessive hair was moppy.
