Those may fit on the 77 pickup I traded to Bob. Are those for the forged alloy rims? That's what he has from an 02 2500HD. If so, you might want to check with him.

Honestly, I don't think Allstate was dinging me much on the SS. In fact, it was definitely cheaper than the Saab 9-2x. Turbo cars suck to insure. I think the rates were pretty much in line with the price of the car and what we've seen on our Envoy SLT. Maybe Allstate is just stupid. Heck, we finally...

Eh, I was just having a little fun. I didn't mean to pick on the old guy (the car, that is). Hope the dry gas works out! P.S. I think your headlights are misaligned. The drivers side seemed high and the other low. I'd make some joke about how my tail lights alignment looked, but that wasn't fair :)

Glad to help feed the addiction. It was a great breakfast. 2-3 conversations going on at all times. Glad your pops could make it too. Have a happy new year.

1) I have about 2000 miles on it. More than 2000 smiles :) 2) Longest trip has only been about an hour or so. But it's extremely comfortable, especially with those suede inserts. Breathes nicely. I'm looking forward to a long drive. Heated seats on low does wonders to keep the back loose. 3) Mileage...

You know you want to do it. Everyone else is. It'll make ya feel good.

C'mon, join the club. I went with the 3SS too. Great package. What did you think of the handling?

Well, for two reasons. For one, I am a wimp and call me a suburbanite, but I feel comfortable with AWD living in the snowbelt in Chesterland. I know plenty of people that will say all you need is a good set of snows. To some degree, there are some traction issues too when having fun. I don't want th...

Well, the new CAI plus ECM/TCM upgrade is in. Only took a few days to get it turned around. With the CAI, it definitely growls much better. I took a quick spin and the throttle response is much better. I had the guy raise the rev limit another 200 RPM. So far, so good. I'll know a little better once...

Well, I decided to go with the ADM Permformance basic kit for the TBSS. That includes a high flow 4" cold air intake setup, upgrade MAF, and a retune of the TCM and ECM. http://www.admperformance.com/images/product/coldair.jpg I just pulled the ECM and TCM from the TBSS and I am sending it out ...

Here's a bunch of pics from TDR today on my website. I haven't really sorted them or anything so there will be more of the TB SS and Miata, of course. They are high resolution, so be warned. I figured that would be better for anyone who wants to grab one for printing but doesn't make this page load ...

I'll upload some pics in a bit. My best was a 13.94 @ 98 MPH. Meg was able to break the 16 mark to the tune of a 15.95. Carter did pop his cherry by making his first pass ever down a track in my SS at a 13.94 too (mine was a 13.943 to his 13.947). The magazines have my SS pegged at a 13.9, so I gues...

Who said anything about BUYing. It's a company car, just lease it ;) Actually, I got a heck of a lease deal on it. About $300/mo cheaper than a buy ;)
