The 04 has transmission issues and will likely be down for a while.
So daily driven for a bit, regular maintenance and small mods.

the car has shudder in what feels like the rear end when you take off from a start.

The car has a moderate shimmy all the time. From what I can tell the passenger side Control Arm Bushing is bad.
