I am not a fan of these types of cars, but to me this looks like the best reason yet to move out of California.

I despise street racing. But the crime doesn't justify this type of punishment.
I'm getting older. I have a kid. I need to set the example. Ya wana race, ther's plenty of places to do so, legally and safely.

Here's my analogy:
If a person is convicted of sex crimes, you punish the offender, you don't burn the house down where the crimes we're committed.
