NOTHING is Jimmy-proof!

But if he ever would show up, we'd have to drag him out back, and beat the sh*t out of him. I figure at this point, he's got it coming.

They poured the floor on Monday, sealed & cut it on Tuesday. Not much activity this week, otherwise.

Where's the hidden staircase to the lower level? Does your uncle plan to stay down there?

Looks awesome! I'm excited for you. I'm still happy every time I go into my garage, especially when I have it all cleaned up like right now...

A lot of progress today! It looks like a building! And it's pretty big inside. Loving it.

Wow, been too long since I updated this. It is almost finished. BP was here the other day and saw it in all its glory. It's gonna be a nice place to store and work on my stuff. I should be able to easily store dad's Mustang & Corvette this winter, while still allowing room for the Chevelle, plus whatever I want to get on the lift, and still have a decent amount of work space. This will free up the main garage for my Cobalt and Gwen's Fusion.

Vinyl siding is on, doors are framed, man door is installed. All that really remains is for the electrical to be finished (tomorrow) and the main doors installed. At that point, the building can be closed up and lit up. The inside should be painted, we'll see how soon I get to that. Fred mentioned at breakfast on Saturday the importance (and ease) of painting it before I get anything in there. I know he's right.

I need to order my lift soon. I think this is the one I'm gonna get. http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/Atlas ... t-Car-Lift

I'll post a few pics tomorrow. Too dark now.

Tiresmoke Central now has power! The electrician finished up today. As promised here, are some pics.

All the siding has been on for a couple weeks

Tony and Phil, a friend of ours from college. I had them pull in to see how two larger vehicles would fit in there. *Tons* of side-by-side room, which is what I wanted. And I'll be able to get Dad's Mustang, the Corvette, and the Chevelle in there for winter storage, with plenty of additional room my mine & Gwen's motorcycles.

Image
If I had the garage doors, they *might* close with my truck and Phil's Avalanche nose-to-tail. But you wouldn't be able to get around them. If only I could've gotten my extra 8 feet of depth.. stupid zoning board. But I'm still *very* happy.

Image
Lighting looks pretty effective! Tony's Trailblazer remained in there while he borrowed my truck tonight.

I'm expecting the garage doors to be installed sometime before the weekend.

That is awesome Dave. I especially like the 3rd rollup door in the back.
