I talked to Walt, he will be staying in our room, so I cancelled one room.
As it stands we now have two rooms, one for the Sutters and one for the rest of us.

I have an air mattress. I'm good with saving the cash and sleeping on air.

My mattress is only a twin Matt, but if you want to spoon, we could save a few more bucks... Now about that snoring.

I miss spooning (college was grand). Since I am 70 lbs lighter I hopefuly snore less. I do feel like I sleep better. We will see.

You are invited too John. What happens in Carlisle stays in Carlisle (unless Walt makes a DVD).

I didn't get to Carlisle this time because of a nasty cold. I made it to Pittsburgh, but turned around and drove home today (Thursday).
Hope the rest of the crew has a great time.

The 2016 Spring Carlisle was really a great time. Many vendors.
The weather was idea for what we were doing. Just a very brief shower.

I did buy a few things, while enjoying myself to the max.

Time spent with family and friends is always worth the time. Just nothing like Carlisle!

We did get real lucky with the weather. It was great hanging out with everybody. I don't get to see Matt too much so I'm really glad he and his dad came up. We missed you Walt, hope you feel better!

I hardly bought anything, but I saw lots and lots of cool stuff, talked about cars a LOT, and just had a good time.

Until our next excursion, wherever it may be...

I came pretty close. Made it to Pittsburgh. I even put a hand wax/detail job on the TBSS the week before. In the end, I had to make the decision and it was the right one. 8 days later and I'm still using Nyqui to sleep. I hate that I missed it. Nice pictures, though.
Matt, you look great after the weight loss.

On the way to Carlisle from New Jersey, I encountered a traffic jam on the
Pennsylvania turnpike. Since I was pretty sick of being in traffic jams on my
trip to New Jersey where I encountered multiples, I was opting for a way off
the freeway. The traffic slowly crept along and about 15 minutes into the
nightmare, I saw an exit. Since I had my GPS and an adventurous spirit, I
jumped off of the turnpike to try my way at running parallel to the big road
with hopes of finding the next on ramp to the turnpike quickly, and avoiding
the standstill. I pulled on the off ramp only to find that the ramp was an "EZ
Pass Only" ramp. What the hell? There was no way to go back as I was half
way up the ramp and there was traffic behind me. I drove toward the road
at the end of the ramp and drove under a metallic road sign with bright lights
on it that flashed when I went by it. Lights that were camera flashes that took
a picture of my licence plate! Ugh! I was expecting the worst the whole time
from the minute I made my illegal maneuver until today when I got a ticket
in the mail. I was very pleased to see that the ticket's cost was a mere $6.75
cents, what it would have cost me to exit there if there was a toll booth there.
I will gladly pay the fine, as I felt it was a fair amount to be charged. I was
truly expecting to pay over $75.00 for the ticket! The cool thing is that my
gamble paid off and I saved myself about 45 minutes by not sitting in that traffic
jam and I made it to Carlisle only a few minutes later than I had expected to.
